FAQs about Touch-A-Truck San Diego > Getting there > I purchased tickets online - now what happens?
You will receive an email receipt shortly after purchasing your tickets online. We will not send physical tickets through the U.S. Mail to you. Your ticket receipt will be sent to the email address you entered when ordering. Make sure to check your Spam/Bulk filters/folders, and add "info@maxsringoffire.org" to your email safe-sender/white-list.
On June 4, bring a copy of your email receipt to the PRE-PAID line and we will check you in and get you right into Touch A Truck. If you lose the email or forget to print it out and bring it with, no problem, but we'll need to see an ID of the person who purchased the ticket(s).
Note: if you have people in your group without tickets, you will need to wait in the regular line to buy their tickets.
